The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The pool is small, but it gets the job done. For the price, the place was great. Close proximity to Hershey park and some restaurants and stuff nearby.

We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left

There was a dead mouse outside my room, there was an ashtray outside my door and I could smell it inside the room and it was full of cigarette butts, the mini fridge was thawing on the floor and had a puddle of water that I put a bathroom towel on, the television wasn’t setup to be watched and took me a while to figure out, So these things weren’t ideal and felt unprofessional, but it had towels, a mini fridge, an exterminator probably killed the mouse and a working TV so I guess it depends on you rate things like this.

I know motels have a bad rap and this one definitely could have been worse but I want to share my experience! Especially the door we had NEEEEDSSSS TO BE FIXED! My door WOULDNT EVEN OPEN! IF THERE WAS A FIRE WHOEVER IS IN THE ROOM IS DEAD! ANYONE WOULD AGREE THAT ITS AFIRE HAZARD! I wish I was joking but I'm not. Legit made my hands super red, I left nail marks in my palm trying to turn the knob, my hand was super swore and the darn thing still wouldnt open lol. I PANICKED FROM BEING TRAP We got our but AGAIN VERY UNSAFE! Then I had to pay for another room even though I already paid for a room but I guess it was over booked SOOOO even though I made it early and wasn't told until 4 that I would have to pay an extra $40 cuz it was overbooked! WHICH ITS NOT MY FAULT, ITS THEIRS SO NOT SURE WHY IN PAYING THE PRICE FOR SOMEONE! Which is crazy to me cuz I should have gotten a phone call WAYYYY sooner, not to mention while on the phone for sai{lmmmmd it was only going to be $10 extra! I even repeated her saying so I had to pay an extra $10! So when we got there at 10 the numbers all changed! I don't find that right nor fair! It's like I was told that so I wouldn't change my hotel. She knew we weren't getting there until 10 so who wants to do all that at 10 at night after an amusement park and having to go again in a few hours! So she knew what she was doing! Not to mention I know motels have a name for themselves but omg. Wasn't the worst but wasn't the best! THE PARKING LOT BAD

Our non-smoking room smells like a dirty ashtray. Outside there is a table with ashtray and two chairs in-between three non-smoking rooms !!!? Really! I would not recommend. The price was the only plus.

Average for an old and dated motel. Floors were bouncy. Bathroom was poorly setup. Door and frame were gapped too big. Light from outside was visible when closed. Toilet was running till I turned water off.

We got there with my printed information and after half an hour looking for our reservation which didn't find, the lady said I have to fill a reservation form again and the price might be different. That wasn't the problem was her actitude. When my husband asked about her way of talking she said we can go some place else if don't like it, which we did. Near by was Knights Inn , thanks God we did. The person very friendly and caring. We go to PA often because of family, that were be staying from now on. Please don't go to the Dutch Inn in Palmyra, PA, even doesn't looks to nice from rhe outside.
