“I looked forward to staying at Cove Haven Resort for years. My parents spent their honeymoon here, and I always dreamed of visiting to recreate some of their memories and photos. Based on the stunning pictures on the website, I expected a romantic and enjoyable getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition. The carpet smelled strongly of mold, the bed felt old and worn out, and the entire room looked like it had not been updated in……

“Me and my boyfriend decided to take a little escape trip and when I tell you this place was it and I highly recommend!!!! The blue romance room was absolutely beautiful. The light’s match the flow of the theme and the Jacuzzi was so comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the decor is comforting. Overall, definitely will be coming back but this time for the pool suite lol.”

“The soundproofing in the guest room is very good, and the stay is very comfortable.”

“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“Stayed here for a world cup game. Shuttle from/to airport is convenient. Mind aware that it only comes every 30 min. Staff is kind and helpful. Only problem is that the property was going through renovations during our stay, so the lobby area was a bit messy and grab&go store closed.”
