"Great convenient location. A lot of services nearby. But the greatness ends there. I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting. The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen. Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor. The lamps were old, dim, flimsy and need to be replaced. There were no charging ports for phones or laptops. The microwave was not plugged in. The television was not plugged in OR connected to the cable. The television remote was held together with DUCT TAPE !!!!! The windows looked like they had never been cleaned. Disappointing."

"This is a truly wonderful property—exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and set on a large, level lot with stunning lake views. The home is warm and inviting, with a great layout that offers plenty of space to relax and gather, whether upstairs, downstairs, on the deck, or out by the lake.There is plenty of space throughout, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and the home is completely updated including modern showers that add to the comfort of this beautifully refreshed lake cabin.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The interior is thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the deck and fire pit—perfect for taking in the views and spending time together.Communication with the owners is always excellent, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. This has truly become our go-to property, and we always look forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"Kind of unorthodox but it works! There was no one to greet us upon arrival, we had to call a phone number for an access code to our room. Totally fine, just not the warmest welcome. Notes were left in case guests needed to make coffee in the common area. Fairies arrived early and started coffee and stocked breakfast goodies which were perfectly adequate. Overall it was a clean and quiet stay."

"Pam, the receptionist when we checked in, was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. She let us know that we could get a breakfast bag to go for the next morning. We never knew that was an option when we stayed at this hotel previously. The pool temperature was VERY cold! I did swim, but not for long."

"The breakfast was small, but good. Love the little town. Great ice cream place with in walking distance. It was a nice stay. Fyi. The fireplaces don't work. That was a bummer. Check out is 10am not 11 am like it says on expedia"
