I don't know that my review would be 100% accurate. The property is undergoing a massive overhaul, which when we arrived included the lobby, breakfast room, rooms, and hallways. You can see that it's a major under taking so the property looked like it was in shambles, but also promising.

I know they are remodeling, but I reserved our room months ago and called Thursday before we arrived on Friday. They said we had our room facing the parking lot. However. Upon arrival they said they upgraded our room because someone had already booked that room. Our room was dusty, no frig, no TV remote, paint splatters all over stuff, glue in the bathtub from the new tub surround, sliding door handle broke, windows dirty, no coffee pot or cups, and no garbage can. The young man that checked is in was very nice and accommodating, he did get a frig, garbage can got the tv working. They really need to finish one room and have it cleaned before booking it.

This was a total disappointment. They were under renovation. Carpets were filthy. No office or desk to check in or staff to help. Pictures on the internet were deceiving. We did not stay, even knowing it was non-refundable. It wasn't worth it, even for one night. The owner/manager was not available when we left The room was barely liveable. Never again!!

The location is under renovation, so I understand a certain level of mess and inaccessibility, but this was beyond reasonable mess. The entrance doors, including side doors, were unlocked. The hallway floors were filthy with dead bugs and dust. My room had no security lock. My toilet was inexplicably at a 45 degree angle? The shower floor was covered in brown caulk… Just an incredibly underwhelming experience.

It looks as if the place is under reconstruction. The room was not clean. Handprints on the mirrors, hairs in the sink and tub. Smallest pillows I have ever tried to sleep on. Truthfully the only reason I am doing this review, is the people who work there. They were AWESOME!!!

The property needed serious updates. The roof leaked water into the room in 3 places and actually shorted out the bathroom ceiling fan. Carpets were stained, drywall needed work, (fire?) corridor doors were wedged/tied open. Outside entryway doors were not secure. Good news was the shower had great water pressure.

Their key card system for the room doors was not working correctly. They assigned us a room and when we got to it, someone else was already occupying it. Also, the room that we did end up with at 1 AM someone was trying to open the door with their key card. Also, the motion lights in the room are very difficult to control kept coming on every time you moved in the night. Was not a restful stay.

The hotel is in need of having repairs finished. It looks like a flood or something damaged the carpet in the hallway at the far end. Carpet pieces were missing and this is a trip hazard. The air conditioner in my room worked very well, but there were gaps in the wall where it is located. A roll of foam sealant was left on the floor of the balcony, perhaps to seal up the air conditioner. Also repairs were made tot he tub that looked awful. I believe the tub needs replacing.
