The room was clean, and pretty quiet, the staff were friendly. Breakfast was average for this type of hotel. The bed was too soft and sagged unfortunately though.

A little disappointed.

Newly renovated, but just average workmanship. No better than a Comfort Inn. Disappointed in Fairfield by Marriot. Breakfast had a vast array of choices, but little things like no cups for juice, no napkins, and only dark roast coffee. Breakfast blend is light roast!

NEVER AGAIN

Called to let hotel know we would arrive after 700 p.m. Arrived and once in the room it was cold. Went to change temperature . on thermostat and it had a dead battery. About a minute later a small amount of water from the bathroom sink went onto the floor. A washcloth was used to absorb the water but not only water but filth so bad the wash cloth was black. It was given to the front desk staff as a other room was requester. A new room was given and as that room was entered we began to settle in. The room had a smell of burnt lint. I removed the two screens from the split unit to find the filters totally clogged. After this many attempts were tried to turn the T.V. on. Again at the front desk and a new remote was received. This new remote did not work either. An attempt was tried on the room phone to the front desk. The phone was dead! Again at the front desk We were told all the phones in the hotel are dead! Isn't this a life safety requirement in a hotel? At this time, we were advised no other room is available and that's just the way it is??? Oh, by the way, that bathroom was not cleaned from someone who probably wasn't at their best! Feces all on the seat and even the shower had surprises which all was cleaned with house shampoo. What else could we do???

The pool was closed for one thing. But the biggest issue was the ac unit leaked in the floor we woke up the first night to walk in a soaking wet floor quite nasty and everything that was sitting by the unit was wet The manger brought a fan to the room to out on it. They didn’t fix anything or offer another room. We didn’t have a choice but to stay. We got up the next day with the floor wetter the it was. Very upset they didn’t offer to take anything off of our stay to try and fix anything Will not stay here again Very disappointed!!!

We arrived late as per our reservation and the front desk was very quick to attend to us and provide our keys within minutes of our arrival and greeted us with understanding and kindness.

Walk in shower leaks. Accessibility grip bar trip piece had fallen to bottom of bar exposing bar fixture screws and bar attachment. Dining room coffee full of coffee grounds. Limited dresser drawers for extended stay.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We had blood on our sheets and pillows (photos were taken) manager did not think this was a big deal as well as Expedia who believes $26 credit for a $176 room is acceptable when someone else’s blood is on your sheets and pillows. Horrible on both of their ends. Hopefully the manager educates his house keepers on what blood looks like and makes sure they change their sheets and pillow cases and gloves when doing so.

For a handicap room there was no low rise shower and no safety matt in the tub, The next room occupant was up early in the morning coughing, woke me up. And the pool was not open. Disappointing.
