While the property was nice, it should not be listed as pet-friendly since they only have four rooms available. When booking on Expedia, you cannot select a pet option, so I sent a message letting them know we were bringing our dog and asking about payment. The manager called and told me they had no room but would charge an extra $25 for cleaning. When I checked in, the clerk told me they had a cancellation on another pet-friendly room, so they'd only charge the original $20 fee. When I checked my credit card statement, they billed me $50. In addition, breakfast was all cold options, other than do it yourself waffles.
