Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. The shower did not work well. The breakfast was minimal. No coffee in the room. I don’t feel the room was worth what we paid. I will definitely look for someplace different for our next stay in the area.

Yes, the room was severely neglected. Dirty floors, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dingy bedding/towels. Dirty windows and seals. No coat hangers or extra pillows/blankets in closet. Hallways had heat turned off at night. Upon arrival the main throw rug was turned up on edges, nasty dirty and a tripping hazard. Breakfast was a joke. No one there to assist, food was minimal and not too many folks taste. All in all a very run down property.

There were several problems with the side door not working while the the front door was locked. The staff promised maid service on the third day but I stayed for 4 days and never got maid service. The staff had a negative attitude and one member of the staff complained a lot about the management and the owners. I stayed at the Days Inn because of a reasonable price but don't recommend it unless you're absolutely desperate.

No maid service for the whole stay, 4 days! The front door was locked with a sign on the door stating that guests should use a side door, but keys didn't work in that door so I had to look up a phone number. I called and woke a guy up, who took several minutes to let me in. One staff member never stopped complaining about her job at the hotel. Others were misinformed and gave out wrong information. In short, consider these issues before deciding to stay there. I don't recommend it.

The only staff person on duty went out of her way to make our stay a very good experience. She managed several roles including front desk, breakfast area and housekeeping all the while maintaining a positive attitude and a can do outlook.

The staff were courteous, but our refrigerator didn’t work. I responded to their email & reported it, but no one came to fix it.

No housekeeping all weekend and locked out of room for almost two hours. Arrived and toilet smelled like urine but too tired so waited until the next day. Was told housekeeping called out bc of snow.Saturday night when I returned, my keycard wouldn’t work. Front desk gave new cards which also didn’t work. Told there was no master key until owners returned later in the evening from their religious service, and they would not answer their calls while there. Luckily I noticed a red battery light on in the door lock and asked the front desk to change batteries. After 30 minutes of the front desk person trying batteries, key cards etc, one worked and I was able to get back in my room. I would have been waiting in the lobby for several hours waiting for the owners to return. I’m glad there wasn’t a medical emergency,, or fire bc no one on the premises had a backup room key. I stayed until Monday and the owners offered no apology or compensation. I only gave my rating one star bc the room was adequate except for the unclean toilet and the shower stopper was broken and also the tub drain was partially clogged.

Ice storm with about a quarter inch of ice. Parking lot was never plowed. Hallway heat was shut off on every floor. Breakfast was decent and rooms were clean.
