It is a fine hotel for a quick overnight, but if you’re looking for long term stays this isn’t the place. Food area is small with limited selection, rooms are dated and have that moist wet air feel. The hotel is clean yet you leave feeling just a little gross.

They charge more than 500$ a night and this hotel isn’t worth more than 100$ convenient location close to Hershey Park but we were not happy with the service or cleanliness of this hotel.

Stayed with my wife and two kids and this was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. Room and common areas were dirty—dusty surfaces, stained/dirty carpet, dirty TV and remote. Asked to switch rooms and the “new” room was in the same condition. Housekeeping only dropped off towels instead of cleaning. I usually trust the Hilton name, but this location did not meet brand standards. I can’t recommend it for families who need a clean stay.

Felt more like a Motel than a 3 star. Elevator and hallways were dirty. Room was ok. The first room was cramped, asked the front desk if we could upgrade to a suite but couldn't because we booked through this app even thoughwe have Hilton honors, however they were able to accommodate us in a bit of a better room on the 3rd floor. Overall, just did not feel like a 3 star.

The front desk staff was friendly, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was a major letdown. It felt extremely dated and did not feel clean. The pull-out sofa sheets had crumbs, the bed had what appeared to be chocolate, and the ice bucket contained spoiled juice (at least that’s what I assume) and had a strong odor. The room also had an unpleasant stench overall. I only stayed one night for a visit to Hershey Park, but if I had booked for longer, I would not have stayed. For the price paid it was a total let down.

This was very nice and close to Hershey attractions, restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were clean. The restaurant was all right, could have used more options on the menu. Hot chocolate and cookies were always available!
