The room was in desperate need of repairs No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no tissues the hardest pillows you’ve ever seen because they were so old and used The metal drain was broken and missing a stopper room was very dim not enough lighting you get two towels that were extra small one face cloth and two washcloths. Which were very rough. The woman on staff doesn’t help. She simply says she doesn’t have any access. She’s the only one there and she can’t grab a towel so I asked for the missing items so I could pick them up the next day because they are pet friendly. They don’t enter your room which is fine. I’ll pick it up. I go the next day and she tells me she doesn’t have it. I never told her that. We went around circles. At this point, I was stuck because other pet friendly places were not available.

As she claims is soap, shampoo, and conditioner, all in one they supply everything and you don’t need anything else

Hot tub was not clean, had to clean it myself. The shower floor was slimy and had rust particles from the drain. Room was ok, hallways were just gross,only got fresh towels if asked for them. Parking lot was good. Will not stay there again!

Upon checking in, the gentleman at the counter was courteous for the most part. I was informed at check in that there would be a $100 cash deposit that would be refunded at check out upon inspection of the room. This was totally new to me. I used the ATM, to get cash and gave it to the clerk. The room was decent at first glance. It’s a motel room, expectations were not super high. However, before bed, I noticed the bed skirt was very dirty and stained. During the night, there was loud arguing and fighting in the room next door. It stopped after about 5 minutes. The absolute worst part of the stay was at check out. When I went to checkout, the front desk was empty with a sign saying to leave your key. Since I needed my refund, I called the number on the sign. A woman answered and instructed me to leave me key. I told her I needed my refund. She asked which room and I told her. My son was still gathering his stuff and had not existed the room with me. I waited about 10 minutes and called the number after my son joined me in the lobby. I told the woman that I was still waiting for her to refund my deposit. She immediately started yelling and telling me that my room isn’t the only one she had to check and that when she went to inspect the room my son was still there. She told me I had to wait and hung up the phone. When she finally appeared at reception, she continued to be rude, dismissive and loud.

Room was clean. Nice staff. Tv did not work I had to hook up the hdmi cord. No soap in shower or sink. Close to restaurants. Great rate. Fast and easy check in.

The hotel is very old and dilapidated... Everything is broken. To get food out of the microwave, you have to completely unplug it from the socket because the microwave door won't open, no matter how hard you try. The refrigerator is wobbly, but it's better not to touch it. The coffee maker... the dresser drawers don't close, we had to use a piece of toilet paper to prop the drawer up. Everything is very old and worn out, the towels, the bed linen... Everything is dirty, all the light bulbs in the room are covered with dried insects and dust. In short, the hotel is simply terrible, the elevator is dirty, all the corridors from floor to floor are in a deplorable state, there are traces of dog urine in the corners, terrible, simply terrible. It was a huge mistake to choose this hotel, we were tempted by the good location and price... but it wasn't worth it...
