“We had a lovely stay at the Beach Street Inn. The staff were incredibly welcoming! Beth gave us great local tips and hiking recommendations and made our visit to St. Martins 10x better. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the jacuzzi was such a nice touch that made our stay even more memorable.”

“The friendly hosts and the elaborate, tasty breakfast were the highlights of our stay here. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower set-up on the clawfoot tub reminded us of our first home and were fine, but a grab bar to help getting out would be helpful. The gardens were pleasant. The outside of the building was a bit tired and worn looking; I'm sure upkeep on such a large, historic building is tough.”

“The room was filthy. The room smell was over powering. There was no hot water in the evening. They were not willing to offer a room change, although I doubt it would have made a difference. We left after one night and were unable to get any rebate for night 2 as the room was booked through Expedia and they suggested we try to get a refund from them. Now I will attempt to deal with Expedia.”

“We did not check in because I called after booking with expedia and the lady told me there were no rooms for pets available. What the nuts. Then eliminate it on expedia bookings for nights pet rooms are full . Wow thx”

“Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have……
