“We have stayed at this hotel many times when taking in a show at the Casino. Check-in is never smooth, but this time was the worst. Despite a 4:00 pm check-in time (the latest check-in time possible for most hotels), rooms were not ready. The lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. My husband asked the front desk staff if there were other rooms available, but absolutely no effort was made to put us in a room which might have been ready. We had a 5:15 pm reservation at a restaurant in……

We’ve stayed at the property many times and this one was different than most in the sense that we had gotten to the hotel by 3 as we always have in the past during much busier occasions (Easter/ Summer events) and were always able to have a room soon as we got there or a very short time after. We were informed that check in is in fact 4 which we had been fine with but our rooms as well as many other couples didn’t open up until well after 4 (4:30 ”

“We arrived for a two-day stay over March break. We weren't provided with any information upon arrival regarding parking, wifi, pool hours or breakfast hours. We weren't informed the pool was out of order. We booked a themed room, which was older. There were lights in the children's bunk that didn't function and were hanging by wires. Went to breakfast the next morning and were told the staff didn't show up so there was no breakfast other than dry cereal (no milk) or bagels. Coffee wasn't even……
