Booking confusion, at 2am. Room type only available in 2 rooms in hotel. Offered to pay, finally admitted room type not available. Why posted on expedia if only 2 in hotel with 100s rooms????
Booked stay for 3 nights on expedia:
Called ahead to ask for extra pillows, refused, pillow maximum for my room type. Refused even if fee offered, not allowed.
Day 1 Fire alarm test 10 min warning, alarms running for long period, had to exit hotel to get quiet and peace.
Day 2 Lock on door- had to allow access to change out working door lock, 20 min warning. Refused.
This is a hotel with 100s of rooms. No warning at check in- for disruptions, no planning to service other rooms. Fire alarm was a full hotel disruption with 10 min warning- we could not be ready and had to deal with alarms while leaving the room for the whole time leaving.
