I was disappointed that there was no bar or restaurant at the location. The way the hotel is depicted on Expedia is that there is a restaurant and bar. There was no bar to go to within walking distance. The only "bar" was alcohol tray set up in the room! And the seating area pictured on the site is for breakfast only. We were travelling with a large UHaul so driving to another location was not an option, we had to take a taxi to eat. Bad and misleading advertising.

The prices were extremely steep for a basic hotel, with nothing to offer on a highway in NB away from all services. NO perks for paying $300 a night. Checking in was terrible, with only 1 staff at counter and another just standing there watching. Long line up to wait after a long travel. Trying to secure a buggy to move bags to 2nd floor was impossible. Had to carry everything up.

Friendly staff, great service. Rooms could use an update (we were on 2nd floor which has not yet been updated) Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, room size was amazing, great layout. Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel a couple times before and it was much better then. They used to make fresh popcorn in the lobby for guests and would give you a bottle of water or beer when checking in. There was none of that this time around. This hotel is very basic and doesn’t make you feel appreciated to come back. The room does not have a microwave and no place to heat up your food if you are hungry. I had food that I ate cold which was not very appetizing. The pool was small and water was colder than most hotels I have been to. The lobby does have coffee/tea and hot water I asked staff if there was anything for kids and he said no. I asked if he had any hot chocolate and he said they were all out. Nothing to give my child which was disappointing. In the canteen behind desk there are no healthy options just your basic junk food. Breakfast was your basic fake eggs and fake sausage patties that are heated up in a microwave and then placed in hot buffet dishes to give the illusion that it’s homemade. Beds and room was clean and staff were friendly. Other than that I have to say I won’t be staying there again in the future.
