「Check in staff member very polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Drapes are somewhat grungy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Smoke detector would work better if it was actually installed on the ceiling rather than sitting on a shelf with the battery disconnected. There is also a nest of bees living in the top of the door frame at the entrance to the room we had. 😱🤔」

「Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have...

「Loved the stay in a dome at a very decent price. There was a weird plastic smell in the dôme, I do not know if it's a standard thing with domes, but it did not hinder our stay. Host was great, great welcome and easy to get to the dome and enjoy the stay. Loved it.」

「Nice place to stay in Moncton, walkable to dining, which is nice when you’re on a roadtrip. Only issue we had was some lights not working so we rearranged the little kitchen table. I would note to the owners that it’s nice the instructions are online; however when the internet goes off ( not sure why it happened but it did) there should be a binder with info as a backup.」
