「Our second time in two years staying at this location. Unfortunately, it was disappointing this time. While clean, the room was worn down. Bathroom door stuck, heat/air conditioning not functioning properly (either we were freezing or roasting - no middle ground), worn furniture, etc. Pool and hot tub not functioning caused a line at the front desk of families cancelling their stay. No functioning ice machine either.」

「Very clean and I loved the decor」

「No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. 」

「Because my family was attending the tennis state final, we stayed in this hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the price is relatively expensive, perhaps because of the peak season.」

「Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me....

「I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

「We stayed at their basic king size room that’s perfect for 1-2 person. It has Nespresso coffee machine, 2 adult size robes with slippers that are very comfy. Overall, the room is very nice and clean. The staff are also helpful and friendly. The room has no microwave and iron if you want to iron clothes. The hotel is nearby a grocery store, lots of different restaurants to choose from, gas stations, library, retail stores, a park, and many more. It is also in a quiet and family oriented...
