「Came for a weekend getaway, it’s hard to book with 3 littles in one room we were so excited until…first issue check in. I was charged $200+ for the room when I booked for 160 because their card reader wasn’t working and they refused to change it, we were wore out it was one night, whatever, we got to the room and the couch/pullout bed was COVERED in unknown fluids. Literally all over the stools everything. We couldn’t use 1/2 the room because it was literally just stained」

「I was surprised for the price that I paid how little there was in the room cheap coffee wide open space with no furniture a reception that they don’t tell you about until you check in. I didn’t check in until an hour before the reception so it did mean no good, but would’ve been nice. The breakfast was not anything to rave about again nice hotel but for the price I expected a lot more.」

「Check-in was at 3pm. We arrived at 3:15. There was short line of people to check in. Two received their keys. Once she checked our reservation we were told the room was not ready. ( was it because we were through 3rd party) People behind us got keys. We had dinner and a concert plan. We waited and had to get ready in a bathroom then put our stuff in our car. We would not be able to return if they called it was ready. They called us at 5:36. 2 and 1/2 hours later. This was a huge inconvenience...
