「It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.」

「We loved our stay at Casa Escondida. From beginning to end, the communication was excellent. Our food preferences were asked for, and our instructions for getting there were clearly defined. The breakfast was superb both days, and our chef shared local information and what we might like to see for that day. All the staff were so nice, and the people staying there at the same time as us were equally lovely.」

「Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....
