「I had a pleasant stay. Staff was amazing. Only problem was wifi was a bit slow in the room and there were no black out curtains so the room was very bright in the morning」

Ho tentato di svaldare dell'acqua nel bollitore ed è saltata la luce. L'operatrice non sapeva dove fosse l'interruttore del salva vita e mi propone un cambio stanza. Infine riuscita a lavare i capelli con acqua scaldata non finzionava l'asciugacapelli. Disastro. 」

「The room is extremely comfortable, spacious and comes with all you need. The bed is so comfy that it gave me a good rest for the other parts of my trip. The breakfast is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helped us a lot. I hope more customer can come and have a taste of this high quality room. 」

Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com.
