It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.」
