The entire property is spotless, and the staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and hospitable. The highlight of my stay was, without question, the deep tissue massage — the best I have ever had in my life. On top of that, the free access to the spa facilities made it an incredible value. Between the sauna, steam, and relaxation areas, it was exactly what my body needed after such a long day of travel. I truly fell in love with this place — it exceeded every expectation I had. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break. So. Great hotel with wonderful staff. But .. just for a while dont expect perfection"
