“The Expedia listing for the hotel showed a Spa and Pool. On arrival at hotel however the entire Ground Floor, Spa and Pool were torn apart for renovations. Access to the rooms was through a small side door, not well marked. If I had know amenities were closed I would have booked a different hotel. Should have gotten a discount for the room considering.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic time! The family is very nice and helpful. Do keep in mind that the property is difficult to reach. Call the family for help or pick-up before leaving the big road”

“It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!”

“The location of the hotel was walkable to town, safe, across the street from a small park. Staff, Antonio, was very helpful, assisting with recommendations for parking, restaurants, activities, atms. Clean room.”

The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.”
