「We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. 「It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!」

「The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades」

「We had a wonderful stay at El Greco. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. El Greco has an excellent restaurant, Eat Greek, with a new bar with a lovely terrace. Above all, I cannot say enough about the incredible owners and staff. They were so accommodating to us and our two small dogs. We highly recommend and will absolutely return.」

「Nieuw hotel , geleidt door een moeder en haar twee zoons . Ze doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken . Wel moeten nog wat puntjes op de i gezet worden. De trapleuning ontbreekt, maar is besteld . In de badkamer ontbrak een rekje/haak voor je handdoek en in de douche ontbrak een plankje of zo voor shampoo e.d. Na de 2e nacht was men vergeten de badkamer schoon te maken/op te ruimen. Maar ach , ik weet zeker dat dit goed gaat komen .」

「Todo perfecto. Habitación y baño impecable, con todo lo necesario y algunos extras. Nos ayudaron con el aparcamiento y nos enviaron una lista de lugares que visitar y restaurantes. También nos ayudaron haciendo una llamada que necesitabamos. Comunicación fluida. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.」

「Good value for money. In general terms, good experience. The toilet so close to the shower was curious, the bed a little uncomfortable (adding a soft cushion could increase the options), small details that can be improved. The place was really nice, and the staff was attentive. Recommended however.」

Pero a pesar de una sensación rara al único, es bastante seguro y la gente del barrio muy amable. El piso es excellente. Muy bien decorado y no le falta nada. Redi y su hermano han sido muy amables. Es fácil aparcar en la zona. 」
