「The Expedia listing for the hotel showed a Spa and Pool. On arrival at hotel however the entire Ground Floor, Spa and Pool were torn apart for renovations. Access to the rooms was through a small side door, not well marked. If I had know amenities were closed I would have booked a different hotel. Should have gotten a discount for the room considering.」

「It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!」

「5 plus stars. This place checks all the boxes. Beautiful modern home that is comfortable and relaxing. The view is stunning and the pool and deck area were just what we needed after several days of hiking. Check in and out was easy and Benida was totally accommodating. Totally enjoyed this stay. 」

「As a family of 6 it was tricky to find good standard accommodation in Albania but this villa stood out. It is a beautiful villa but it is looking a bit tired and in need of some refresh. We had some minor issues with no hot water but the property manager was very responsive, friendly, helpful and sorted the issues promptly. We would have liked an outdoor table up near the pool rather than near the BBQ where we were mre likely to be bitten. Need insect sprays in the villa and would have...
