We enjoy staying at this hotel, but we encountered air conditioning issues in both our first and last rooms.
In our first room, the air conditioning stopped working after a day, there was no telephone, and each twin bed had only one pillow. After waiting for over an hour, the hotel moved us to another room, where everything was fine. Also, the room was not properly cleaned—the area near the toilet had a strong urine smell upon arrival, and there was visible black dirt in the sink.
Later, we decided to book an extra night since our flight was at midnight. While checking out and checking back in went smoothly, we once again faced air conditioning problems in our final room. Although a telephone was present, there was no cable to connect it to the line. Since we planned to be out all day and leave at 9 PM, we didn’t raise these issues further. When checking out, we informed the receptionist about the air conditioning and telephone problems of Room 1115, as they could be an issue for future guests.
We strongly recommend the hotel inspect the air conditioning and telephone functionality in the older building and improve cleaning standards to enhance the overall guest experience.
