"Our stay was amazing. However booking through Expedia was an issue. We were supposed to pay $125 and ended up paying $182 at property. I called Expedia for help but they assured me $50 was getting refunded because there was a $50 deposit. Well.. only got $25 refunded so room ended up being $155+"

"Wonderful front desk. Left early every morning. Unable to eat continental breakfast. The hotel is showing its age however it was clean and a great value. Definitely stay there again."

"Very clean and nicely decorated. Well thought out stock of items you might need for your stay. Easy to check in and information was provided to enter the house and wifi access. Our stay was enjoyable and we were near the places we had weekend family events scheduled. So much more comfortable than a hotel. We have two small dogs that we travel with and it is hard to have them at a hotel. You cannot leave them alone at the hotel while you attend events since it is a worry that they will bark at all the noises in the hotel and that they will disturb someone. They were happy and well behaved for us in the house. We will gladly book this again if it’s available next time we visit. "

"The host did not provide the access code timely. It took VRBO customer service calling her to get the code. Just prior to obtaining a code, we learned that a double murder - suicide had taken place here in 2024. I feel like this should have been divulged in the home history. The owner was immediately defensive when I told her that we would not be staying in the home. She was very rude and not at all forthcoming with the truth that would make a renter comfortable staying in her home. Would not recommend. "
