This wasnt even close to the room i was showed online. It was tiny the fidge was dirty. This was very disappointing considering i even paid more for the tiny room i got then what i was told it would be.

There was nothing unique. 5 minutes in the room I killed 2 roaches. Stayed 2 nights, expected fresh towels and the bed to be re-made. Didn't happen. There was a Holiday Inn phone cover on the phone in the room. No coffee available & didn't even have an alarm clock.

There was an unworkable policy about pets that I did NOT know about till I checked in!! We lost our full amount we paid for our room and could not stay there because they wouldn’t budge about our dog and they wouldn’t give us a refund either. Terrible motel, terrible policy, not nice staff/management!

Cozy convenience, great price!

This is an old fashioned motor lodge where you park right in front of your door and load straight in. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms have television, fridge, and microwave. The proprietors are friendly and gracious and checking in is quick and easy. What's not to love? It is very peaceful and comfy for the price and it has become my preferred choice when I am working in the area.

Pros- cheapest in town, refrigerator, microwave, decent TV channels Cons- my pillowcases were moldy dirty, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on bedspreads. Bed smelled like wet dog, asked if room was ready a couple hours early d/t getting into state early, even though she said it was ready, was gonna charge me. No cofee maker

I reserved a room on Expedia got to the office made me cancel reservation I had to pay cash and I never got refunded my money . Owner and his wife were very rude and disrespectful worse hotel and service I have ever had I will never go back

Overcharged, Harrassed and Disgusted

From the beginning, this stay was a disappointment. The room was dirty and drafty, and the sheets and comforters had stains and scratches. When I left an initial review from the check-in, the motel manager called our room THREE TIMES and told us to take down the review. We were visiting Paragould for a funeral, and we had booked two nights, but after the check in and seeing how the room looked, there was no way we were staying. Tried cancelling the second night twice through both Hotels.com and the motel itself, but they claimed they couldn’t and did not refund us for the second night (we left after the first night). I would not in a million years recommend this place to anyone. We were charged more than we expected, the service was bad, and our experience was terrible. Do NOT stay here!
