「Awesome」

「The bathroom had a dirty shower floor, mold, the shower head didn’t work well, hair left in the shower, no hand soap, broken tiles and busted switch plates. Some of the staff were rude and put off by normal requests. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The one plus was that the air conditioner worked extremely well, so we were thankful for that.」

「Property was dirty everywhere but the worst part was the room. The sheets on bed were dirty with hair and we found a used cotton ball in it. We had to ask for a clean set of sheets and we did the bed ourselves. Floor disgusting and bathroom worse, toilet bowl full of urine all thee way to the floor We had to go to an H-E-B to grab cleaning supplies. We were trying to change hotels but the only one better than this was completely full. we definitely never book this hotel again」

「Leticia was a great example of employee attitude & customer service. I checked in after 9pm & she got everything done quickly. She was very friendly & offered to help with any issues.I hadn't eaten so I asked if she knew if a particular local restaurant was still open. She wasn't sure, but quickly looked on the internet & told me the closing time for the restaurant. Got my food just before they closed because of her help.」

「No cold running water in sink, trashy chair & carpet, curtains hanging off window, every single piece of furniture is beat up & falling apart! HORRIBLE」

「Made a late reservation, immediately went over and checked in. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean and ac was cold. Property was quiet and clean.」

「For $210 a night expected a more updated room.」
