Bre at the front desk was awesome. She has a very welcoming and helpful personality. My sister and I really appreciated her! She definitely deserves some recognition for representing your establishment so well.

Jasmine at front desk didn’t do anything we asked her to do and she promised to do. She charged the wrong credit card.

This facility is undergoing some renovation. It needs it, but I think it will still not come up to the standards I expect of a Hampton Inn.
By the way, the hot brown liquid served as coffee is just like the other Hampton Inns I've stayed at in the last several years. It has very little resemblance to coffee. Fortunately, there's a Starbucks near by. You'd think they could at least afford to brew some Folgers.

The property was under renovation which should be noted before booking. I truly understand but I think I would have made another choice if I knew. I never mentioned it to the front desk but there was no hot water just warm water during my stay. My room itself was a perfect room and very clean.
