“Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. This was never communicated before our arrival. When we entered our room, we were immediately hit with a strong mold and mildew odor. There were several large industrial fans running throughout the hallways, leading us to believe the property may have experienced flooding or water damage. The front desk initially sent……

“Somewhat dirty in the hallways, pool is very old, restaurant smells musty, public restrooms kinda stink like musty sewer gas. For the price it should be a lot nicer, Renovation was not done very well, exterior is rusty and paint peeling”

“Room was nice but does need to be updated. Breakfast was good they had and had a breakfast taco and omelette bar which was nice. Beach access was convenient also.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was wonderful especially with all the upkeep of the hotel and Breakfast was delicious. The beach view was amazing. Rooms were clean and fresh. The Starbucks baristas were amazing with all the drinks highly recommend. Thank you for giving us an amazing experience.”

“When we got there, the young man who assisted us with check-in did only what he needed to do. He didn't go over all the amenities available, just handed us a piece of paper that had info on it. Maybe I expect too much. We stayed on level two and not in the condo. I didn't realize we would have to take stairs, we are old people with old injuries; but we did amazing with that. Haha the room was a very good size for the 2 of us. The bathroom was great. We lived the shower size. The bed and pillows……

“I don't go back to that hotel anymore, they gave me the room at 6 in the afternoon because it was ready when it should have been at 4, the next day they woke me up because from 10 am they start knocking on the doors who clean.”

“When we got there the room was clean but the beds were awful, made but all the sheets wrinkled and unkept. They had a humid smell to them and I thought at first it was just me but no, throughout the spreads there was a strong humid smell including the pillows. This early morning I woke up with my face on the pillow and all I could smell was humidity. We usually stay at this hotel but seems as if housekeeping is not doing a good job. Very unhappy this time around :(”

“So when I first arrived at the loft, I found out that the washer and dryer did not work and one of the shower heads did not work properly either I try to get them to come out and fix it. They never came. They said they were Going send somebody and they never did very expensive and a lot of money and it wasn’t really worth it. It’s always the first time for something I’ve been going to this waterpark for like the last 20 years the first time staying at these places and it’s just not upgraded. It……
