“Overall, the Isla Grand Resort was OK. Positives included the two pools, proximity to the beach, and the property’s location to restaurants. Negatives included carrying luggage upstairs/downstairs to our 2nd floor cabana, tight parking lot, broken ice machine, overpriced amenities, wearing a required green wrist band at all times, low ceilings for someone my height (6’9”), and loud music playing until 1100 PM every night at the pool.”

“I am giving this property 4 and a half stars. The thing I liked big trash can outside on the patio . Clean room . Clean towels every day deliver to the room . Friendly friendly staff. The things I didn’t enjoy . Hairdryer was not working , no hangers in the room no coffee . Also cleaning crew came to our room without our permission while we weren’t in the room . They did not have any do not disturb signs. Had to pay quite a bit for the parking each night for that reason I wish they had free……
