“Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. This was never communicated before our arrival. When we entered our room, we were immediately hit with a strong mold and mildew odor. There were several large industrial fans running throughout the hallways, leading us to believe the property may have experienced flooding or water damage. The front desk initially sent……

“We would definitely stay there again. I just wished they would have cleaned our room. We stayed 3 nights and they would come to “clean” as we were getting ready for dinner. Both times we just exchanged towels. We left the room by 9am every morning. Salty Rim, Landshark, coffee place and umbrella rental were all amazing!”

“The staff are completely rude. Check-in is at 4:00 my room wasn’t cleaned and ready till 5:00. The hotel is not up to date at all. The pictures are completely misleading. The shower heads spray water everywhere and the rods are falling out of the wall. The swimming pool was disgusting, the lounge chairs are full of bird poop as well as many being torn. We saw cockroaches at the pool as well. The elevator never worked or worked very poorly where you don’t know if the door is gonna open or you……

“I travel to Galveston often, and this was by far the worst experience we have had at a hotel. The hotel was overall in need of some updates. The "courtyard view" is a view of a parking lot. There are no elevators. The pool was nice, except the pool chairs were gross. There were people blasting loud music on their personal speaker and it was inappropriate music and I had a toddler with me. I didn't want to hear that either. The first night we stayed, at about midnight, people were having a full……
