“The hallways were hot and muggy. They had large floor fans running in each hallway but that didn’t help much. The elevator was down for a bit. One cart to carry luggage in the whole place which was never available. Our room smelled extremely musty almost like cat pee. Best thing about the breakfast was the lady who was working that area, she was amazing and deserves a raise. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Food was not good at all. Best part of this hotel is location since it is right……

“Damp, damp, damp. The room was damp and the only solution was run the a/c at 68% and freeze. Even after getting a humidifier it was still damp. Floor was wet and the bed felt moist. I would not recommend this until they do something about the A/C.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at Sand Rose. The pool and amenities were great, and we really enjoyed both the bar and the restaurant. The housekeeping staff was also excellent and did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was with our original room. There was visible mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, and the air conditioner was leaking water. We contacted the front desk, and they responded promptly by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. However, it……

“All rooms have balconies (has a small table and two chairs) facing the beach. The bracelet bands opens your hotel room and amenities, as well as you can use at the restaurants and bar. They have a Starbucks on-site. They have movie nights. The one thing is parking isn’t included in the fee, it’s separate fee. Dogs are under 55 pds are welcomed, with a fee, they also have a small gated dog park. I really enjoyed this hotel.”

“Across from the beach, 2 minutes walk to Kroger and McDonald's, Need more front desk in the afternoon long line check in. Nice staff, only one elevator working, Room with partial ocean view, Clean room nice hardwood floor (no smell old carpet) Newer TV, Good breakfast, Green pool need clean, plenty of parking, Thank you”
