“Muy limpio”

“Everything was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The balcony was a nice place to relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.”

“Breakfast , I was told it was the best. It look like a soup kitchen set up. We got there 20 min before 10 there was nothing left but order omelets. The omelets were small perfect if you ate them with another food. The place was under staffed, they all acted rushed, so rushed that when I got to my room my keys didn't work. I didn't know there was a 2nd pool areas until we were left”

“Checkin policy is stupid, if all guests are not present, (reservation clearly stated 2 guests), no wristbands so we had to wait in line again. Towel policy and cards scream low class. Some staff feel it is beneath them to be helpful because they have a job they are important.”

“The images online are not how the room was. My stay at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable. At check in i was told they have away my partial view booked room and had to move me. I was moved to the bank facing the dumpster and parking lot. We can hear everybody pulling in with music loud. The room connected with another guest next door with small loud children. The bathtub was DIRTY, like the last guest dirt in the tub. I had to go buy shower shoes, disinfectantsorsy and wipes. The room……

“For a nonsmoking hotel none of the employees do anything about guests smoking. My room and hotel hall smelled like weed the entire stay. Let reception know and they did nothing about it.”

“I have been coming to this resort over 22 yrs. I normally come Sun-Thurs. We stayed Friday/Saturday night this visit. The resort must have been over booked. We were put in a wheel chair room which was ok except the shower flooded the floor in the bath. The one mat wasn't enough for the amount of water. The cleaning staff took the wet towels however, did not replace the mat. Shower on day two we had to use pool towels. Also, our beds weren't made and the trash taken (yet they took towels……
