“Great access to the beach”

“Some of the pics were misrepresented. There was no tennis court on property. The ocean view was looking down the side of the property with a minimal view of the gulf. If you are on the 3rd floor you hear the sliding of stairs starting at 7am when breakfast begins and until 10am The breakfast was good and the food at the pool snack bar was good and not too pricey. The margaritas and other drinks were moderate to expensive in price. Overall a fun stay”

“Un elevador descompuesto y en el otro esperas mucho se hace fila para utilizarlo por tanta gente, el clima de los pasillos de 3er y 4o. Piso no funciona hace mucho calor, instalaciones en mal estado, boton para pedir el elevador esta quebrado, olvidan poner bolsas para tu ropa sucia, no hay almohadas para el sofácama, cargos ocultos que se pagan directo en el hotel (como cobro de estacionamieto), dice desayuno a la carta y no es así, el deposito era 75 dolares pero no tienen cambio y se quedan……

“Wonderful Location for a Family Trip with Minor Maintenance Flaws We had a great family vacation here! You cannot beat the beachfront location, which was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff was responsive—when our room for four only had 2 towels, they brought more immediately. They also helped fix our room's Wi-Fi, though they mentioned it drops frequently. The stay would have been perfect if not for a few amenities being out of order: the ice machine was broken and the soda……
