“The breakfast staff was amazing and helpful! Other than that, we had a multitude of problems arise during our stay. Checking was a major problem and I booked through Expedia and the hotel did not recognize my booking and made me cancel my order and order through them at check in causing me to pass more. The A/C was out in the hallways along with the elevator not working properly during our stay and multiple times we had to take the stairs from the 5th floor! Last but not least the pool……

“The overall experience was okay/good. It’s definitely a busy hotel but staff were helpful & attentive when we needed. The beds weren’t too comfortable but the rooms were clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast was a little chaotic, but you can tell they try to have a system in place to help things run efficiently. They have an omelette and taco station, but I think more staff is needed to assist with that & the waffle station. We appreciated the kiddy pool for our 1 1/2yr old & didn’t mind……

“Enjoyed the stay and loved the property. We stayed in a cabana room and loved it. It was a nice change from our usual stay in tower hotels. The pool and beach were very clean and the staff was always helpful. The only issues we ran into were occasional parking challenges and all the ice machines around our building were out of service at the time.”

“Nice cozy hotel. Kind of old but room is clean bed is clean. Breakfast has more choice. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here. ”

“I liked that everything was on one property. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and there was a mildew smell in the bathroom. One of the rooms looked as if the bathroom had been remodeled and the other looked as if it terribly needed an update. I did expect it to be cleaner than it actually was. Also, the main attraction was a large slide. They open and close it depending on weather but when the weather was gone they still kept it closed and one day closed it early. When you have older kids the slide……

“Had dirty sheets when we arrived. Was told by employees that management refuses to purchase new sheets for the property and continues to use old and overused sheets.”
