“We recently stayed at the San Luis Resort in Galveston and overall had a great time. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the amenities made for a relaxing vacation. The pool area, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The only downside was an experience with the pool staff that left us feeling singled out. While we were sitting by the pool, I gave my boyfriend a simple kiss, and a staff member told us to "keep it PG." My boyfriend politely asked,……

“Great location right on the beach! The breakfast was nothing special. As for the service, the girl who checked us in wasn't very friendly—maybe she was just overwhelmed—though her attitude did improve later.”

“Upon arrival, front desk was not friendly, only concerned with taking money. Could not tell us about restaurants or things in the area to do. Facility needs a remodel. Our room had black specs on the ceiling. Thought it was mold but it was paint. Room was of good size. Bathroom very small and tub in bad shape.”

“I booked a suite then we had a family emergency. The hotel didn’t have to reimburse me but they rebooked at no further charge which helped me a lot. A big shout out goes to the front office staff, the cleaning and maintenance staff who were kind and gracious. I will hopefully be back one day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Es el segundo año que nos hospedamos ahí, está cerca de la playa, limpio, la alberca limpia, personal atento en especial las camareras, te piden un depósito de 50 dólares por si hubiera daños (el año pasado no lo pedían) pero lo cancelaron en menos de 72, supongo que hubo quien abusaba y se iban, lo que si en realidad no me pareció es que te cobran 15 dólares diarios por estacionamiento (tampoco lo hacían el año anterior) a mi parecer no deberían de hacerlo (nosotros pagamos 5 noches) pero fuera……
