「Nice comfortable ground level condo with everything needed. 10 minute access to Ft Worth Stock Show. Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again」

「This place is not maintained at all, luxurious it is not! All the security gates are left open, smoke alarms are ripped out of the ceiling, there are stains on the couches, a missing toilet paper holder in one bathroom, slime and pubic hair on the floor of the other bathroom. There are no mattress pads, really cheap linens and towels, there was one coffee mug, two 8 ounce glasses and very few dishes. Trash piled up in the halls and entrance during the week. 「3 days 2 nights. We decided on this one due to amenities. We arrived and per instruction, were told to go to the 1st garage where we would put a code into the lock box and get a key fob that would allow us access to the doors into the buildings. After about 7 tries and a message to a CSR we had been given the wrong code. We finally opened the box and no key fob, so no amentities. 「Very clean place. Host responded right away when having trouble. Location is in a great place, especially with top golf next door! Elevator was broke so we did have to carry luggage up the stairs. Great outdoor area! 」

「Nice complex and layout, but basics didn’t match the costWe stayed four nights. The complex is attractive, with a gym and pool, and the 2-bed/2-bath layout worked well. In-unit laundry and a reasonably stocked kitchen were definite pluses. There isn’t much within walking distance, so you’ll likely need a car or rideshare.The main frustrations were check-in and information. 「Very clean」

「Host was welcoming and the condo unit was nice. We paid for a late checkout which was cleared before renting the unit but this was not communicated to cleaning staff and our room access code was denied at 12:00 noon so we had to wait an additional 45 minutes to gather our things before cleaning staff could allow us access again. I’m sure it was probably a glitch in the system but frustrating nonetheless. No refund for the late checkout was offered 」
