“Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. ”

“Everything was about as clean at I would expect from a place costing $100/night. Parking was good, the pools were nice, and beach access was decent. I had three issues though: No where in my booking did it indicate that there would be an extra charge of $25/person for a wristband to have in and out privileges. I don't think that guests should have to compensate for the staffs inability to properly monitor who is coming on and off of their property. But that extra money took away a night out to……

“The room was clean, they had all the essentials for the room, and the parking was easy to access. The activities throughout the day were great. We loved that the pool was heated because the weather got chilly. We enjoyed the music and fire pit area. The boardwalk makes it easy to access the beach. The rooftop patios are perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Ultimately one of our favorite weekend getaways.”

“This property falsely advertises a restaurant being present on the property. If you look under property amenities it says “restaurant” and that’s completely false. Also, the property listed a hot tub but the “hot tub” isn’t “hot” it’s actually not heated and matched the temperature of the actual pool. I also found hair in the drawers in the bathroom and dirt left in the bottom of the shower. When we arrived and attempt to check in for our stay they only had one lady behind the counter to check……
