「Ok for a quick one night stay. Room was clean, but no hand soap or shampoo. Just shower gel. Lobby was dirty. And no elevator to get up stairs. Didn’t expect a breakfast, didn’t get a chance to check out the diner either. A bit disappointed.」

「Staff was very nice. Had to ask for extra pillows as there were only 3 on a king bed. The AC worked OK, but was loud. I could hear it over my white noise machine rattling.」

「Great house for a week of baseball in Franklin! The house was plenty big enough for a family of 8 and was well stocked! The host Emmett communicated well and was very accommodating. We would stay here again!」

「They did some upgrades to the hotel, looks nice, beds and pillow comfortable. Will definitely stay during baseball tournaments」

「Better than I expected.」

「There was only one elevator for a three story property and that elevator was not functioning the morning I departed. In addition, the computers at the check-out desk were down. I asked when the elevator might be working again and the person at the desk said that they call the technician when the elevator goes down and the technician generally arrives on the same day. This is not an inexpensive hotel. At about $200/night, I do not consider this hotel a great value.」

「It was a great location! Close to shopping movies and restaurants! The amenities were great and one of the best breakfasts! It was a full breakfast with Real plates and coffee cups!!! No plastic!!!!」
