「Friendly hosts and breakfast was very good everyday 」

「A little gem at a very reasonable price. Large, clean, quiet and very well equipped rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Large comfortable bed with clean sheets. Great location for Brenham, Burton, Roundtop and vicinity. Simple breakfast is just toast, cereal, muffins and fruit but it’s included in the price. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. 」

「Our room was very large, it had a whole seperate room from the bedroom. It was very comfortable and the a/c ran great.The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was okay, there were waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast to chose from. We would definitely stay again. 」

「It was a wonderful experience, everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and connecting with nature and with yourself or your partner on a deeper level. I hope to return soon. Nigel was a wonderful host. If I had to describe FlopHouze Hotel in one word, it would be magical. We loved it.」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」

「This is the most charming property. I stayed in the main house in a beautiful room on the ground floor. Everything is so well maintained, you feel as if you are living in your own lovely farmhouse. The owners have thought of everything - from the honor bar where you can grab a seltzer water or a snack to the delicious coffee you can make to kick off your day. I also love the pool area! Loved it all -- and can't wait to go back! 」
