Great staff from the front desk to the kitchen. Everyone including Reggie was friendly. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. The pool is very nice but that hot tub was not working and the gym is very nice. Overall this is a great hotel

The Westin At The Woodlands
Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. ...
