“Unfortunately, my stay at this location was not good at all! I have stayed at the Victorian before and enjoyed every minute but not this time. From the time I walked in there was issues. The toilet was running and stained needs to be replaced. Sink faucet is old and corroded and the shower head is old.The shower is stained and outdated. “The condo wasnt ready. We texted the owners since we didnt receive our access code. We arrived in Galveston at 11 am to not be able to get into our condo until after 8 pm after going to the property twice to find the owner still there was very inconvenient. There were no kleenex, a half of a role of paper towels, no broom or dust pan. We found the condo exterior and lobby were under construction also and we received no notice of this. Hammering and drilling was daily all day. Naps were difficult……

"Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names."
