「The host is very responsive to any issues. The view of the Gulf is unobstructed and beautiful. The room is conveniently right next to the beach house. The host and staff is extremely helpful in making the guests aware of all amenities available during the stay. We utilized the poolside bar and waiting staff and they were consistently walking around and checking on guests. The only feedback is that the lazy river at the sunset pool is underwhelming. 「The condo itself was super cute! Nicely decorated and a great view of the pool and ocean. Unfortunately the property was not so good. Elevators didn’t work (and this is a top floor condo), run down exterior, and domestic violence 2 nights in a row below us, to the point my grandchildren were afraid. The hosts have a cute little condo with a great view on a property that definitely could be better.」

「This was the perfect place to stay. It was right next to one of the schlitterbahn parks if you want to go there. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to the tube chute on the Comal river. The river float was about 1.5-2 hours, and the private river exit for these condos was practically at the very end of the river float anyways. We were able to float the river many times and didn’t need a shuttle service or tube rental. It was close to downtown and cute shops but also close enough to big stores like...
