「The whole apartment was clean fresh..,the decor was lovely blue is my favorite color…kitchen was stocked with essentials..there is no oven but a stove top…
The bedroom was comfortable and big with a patio to sit outside…there is no view other than the apartment building..
Location was perfect walking to the beach was less than 10mins pleasure pier right across the street
I most definitely will be back if available in June for my grandson bday weekend」

「It was a 7 minute (0.4 mile) walk to Pleasure Pier which was the most important feature for our stay. The ac was nice & cold. Since our time was packed & busy, we didn’t get to swim in the pool but it looked clean & my daughter tried out the hot tub.
The problem was the bed. It appeared fine until it was sat on. It was broken on one side & would go down just on that side. We picked it up, set it on the legs & made it work by sleeping on the other side that wasn’t broken. The Kuerig lid needs...

「My husband and l honeymooned here. We were her 4 days and had no hot water until late afternoon on the last day. The listing is inaccurate as well. There is no pull out sofa, the bicycles are flat, there is water damage in the kitchen with open holes and the washer/dryer combo door does not lock so it pops open mid wash. I highly recommend another rental. We reached out daily about the water and other concerns with minimal effort for remediation.」

「The property was very unclean. The bathroom was dirty; the bathtub had hair in it. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils were dirty. There were bugs in the bathroom and bedrooms. Horrible communication and response from the manager, who was very loud and rude, unprofessional, loudmouthed, and very disrespectful upon my requesting to stay longer past the check-out time and offered to pay more. Awful experience; I will never return to this place, and I do NOT recommend it!」
