「Beautifully clean room」

「I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.」

「Great location by the airport and 24 hr shuttle to airport」

「Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.」

「Bugs in the room and fridge. You need your key to access the front door of the hotel due to security issues. Staff didn’t know of a restaurant in another hotel 50 yards away. Sketchy area in general, very few amenities close by」

「Networking have problems，talked with several staff during my four day stay, no one can solve it and most of the time they just don’t care. That’s a very bad experience.」
