「Overall, the vibe of the hotel was great. However, when I arrived my balcony door was open so it was cold in the room and it also made me feel uncomfortable/a little scared. There was also hair (not mine) in the shower, which left me with the impression that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived.」

「First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. 」

「Much better than we expected Had everything we could possibly need」

「I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. First, there was no parking. I pulled up to valet and asked if the hotel had any parking other than valet and they told me its valet parking only and $63. That is crazy to me and unexpected. The staff was very friendly throughout. My room was very small and smelled funny. Like a sweet dirty. The sink was odd. It was like a bar sink and had to wash my face from a side angle of the sink. I was hoping to take a dip in the pool but from my room I could tell...

「Great place, convenient location」

「好👍」

「Good」

「Very nice」

「Beautiful hotel with very nice and helpful staff」

「in particular the receptionist very kind with us was a 5 start treat」

「The rug was wet in my room when I checked in and it smelled a little like mildew. It was probably from the too short shower curtains that blow in the shower stream allowing water to escape onto the floor. I had to be real careful when showering to keep the shower curtain inside the tub. They need to spend some money for longer shower curtains and clean up the mildew smell. Other than that it was good. The included breakfast was great.」

「Such a unique hotel, has a very cool bubbly, retro, PINK vibe. The pool area, Swim Club, was a great spot to recover post- ACL with a snack and a drink.」
