Excellent! Nothing fancy but overall great, spacious, comfortable and phenomenal staff. If I were to make any changes is simplifying the check-in process on their web based thing. It certainly isn't the best in a anyway. I mean even their OCR is probably so dated, and the entire form experience is soooo much steps and friction etc. I mean given they have 24hr concierge I'd make it super duper seamless to a single step, upload doc and submit. Nothing else should be there. I don't know anyone who would want to fill and refill forms and if connection is lost half way through then it's a pain. Anyway, this is not a complaint at all, constructive criticism that I hope they'll get it sorted out. I happen to be here in their first month, I'm quiet certain with this management and staff they will get it resolved. Overall great experience and highly recommended
