“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food……

“ATTENTION!!! I bought 10 nights, and it was definitely a very bad experience; the staff doesn’t resolve issues. I'll never stay at Kasa again; they put different photos in Expedia of their property, specifically in the bathroom. They have walk-in showers with a very poor design: the water splashes everywhere, and it's also very uncomfortable to shower. I asked many times to change my room to another studio with a bathtub and a glass shower, similar to the photos on Expedia. Still, they……

“We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms.
