Very attractive airport hotel, with good location and shuttle service. Excellent bed and light proof curtains. Staff was in general very friendly but as seemed distracted from customers' questions at check-in, perhaps because the AC in the public area of the lobby / restaurant/ bar was not working and massive external blowers were being used. AC in room was fine but hallways were humid as if little air circulation. Most disappointing was that the dining options were not as advertised on website or on Expedia. Menus were not easily available in bar/ dining area, unclear who was taking order (turned out it was the check in staff), basic items on menu not available (fries), and long wait for mediocre basic food. Another member of our party arriving on a later flight discovered that the food on menu not actually available until midnight, certainly no room service other than you carrying to your room. We were dismayed when we ended up getting snacks from little display kiosk about limited choices and, worse, discovered after taking to room that packaging for one of the humus and pretzels snacks had been previous opened, and most of the pretzels had been taken out and then compartment resealed, badly. Ick. Much praised breakfast buffet was fine but certainly nothing special. In short, dining options were simply not as represented, which had been one of the reasons for selecting this hotel
