The room did not have compatible electric fittings for my US laptop cable, IPhone, watch charging slots. It was difficult to believe a relatively new hotel will not care about it. It was not easy to get an adapter. I had to wait each time for the little things in room that makes your stay blissfully peaceful. I...

「Please never stay in this hotel. We stayed in a very dark room with no windows. And in bathroom sometimes the lights go off/ no hot water in the shower. And the hotel/room stinks .. the bedsheets smell horrible. The hallway is filled with smoke. And staff is very unprofessional. 」

My son, who is an Army doctor formerly deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, was appalled by its filth and lack of facilities. Then, you sent me a form that gave no option other than I did or did not change MY plans. We changed our plans because you gave us an unacceptable accommodation!. Remove this hotel from your listing.」
