“Qualty room for the price. Internet was down most of the time and I was not able to work much. AC was intermitent. Nice pool.”

“The mall, shopping, and restaurants are directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, clean, safe, and customer service was exceptional. Exceptional location. The rooms are nice but small. Excellent for 2 people in the single with double bed. The other room with 2 beds is suitable maybe for 2 adults with 2 small kids. ”

“Overall, place was neat and clean, but I don’t understand why don’t they put a curtain in the shower. Everything next to shower gets wet, specially with me, cause I am tall. A shower curtain should be part of a restroom. The soap is so xx-small 😂😂😂.”

“It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused.”

“Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“Overall it was a good place to stay. The only issues being need more exhaust in the rooms to help pull must smell out off the room and having a window to actually open for air flow to help the stuffiness”
