“We were assigned a room on the first floor. I asked for a higher floor, but they said there were none available. The drapes were drawn when we went in, and we never open them because our room faced the front of the building. Unfortunately, had we opened the drapes, we probably would've noticed that the window had been left slightly open. We figured that out later in the evening when we came back to the room and it was full of insects. Again we asked for another room, and was told the hotel was……

“Clean rooms and friendly service”

“The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place.”

“Had a few issues with room. Bathroom tub was peeling but got switch immediately. Otherwise, very clean and budget friendly hotel. Hampton never disappoints. ”

“When I showed up there wasnt anyone to check me in for about 20 or 30 minutes. I couldnt sleep due to the air conditioner making an unbelievably loud noise all night. This was the worst stay i have ever had.”

“We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola.”

“The pool was nice and staff were awesome but the room lacked accessible outlets and the TV was useless. Pool gets up to 8 feet deep and was relatively clean. Not overly chlorinated thankfully.”

“we stayed on a weekend that was a holiday and so I realized that the cost was extra but being that it was closer to $200 then $100 I did not believe the place rated as high as many people before me have posted. that being said We ony had a little interaction with the staff but they were very friendly. the room was clean but the hallways carpet and walls were very dated and stained. breakfast had several options. we had to leave early and appreciated that it started at 6:00 a.m. even on a……

“The breakfast was very nice. The room seemed fairly clean. There were spots in the bedspread. Noticed drips on the dresser drawers. It kinda had a musty smell. Maybe since it rained a lot. The bathroom was very clean.”
