There was no phone, no fridge, no microwave, no remote for the tv. There were dead mosquitos on every surface. The beds were hard, like sleeping on wood.

It was not a great hotel when inspecting the bed I noticed the sheets were dirty so was the mattress covers. i asked for the sheets to be changed on both beds and they were not just changed one i guess. The room stank and smelt like smoke. The smoke detector was missing and there wasn't a room phone. It was not like the pictures.I should of known something was up when there were no other guests but us.We felt the room wasn't clean enough and unsafe so we left and didn't sleep there. I wish I can get my money back! We were very unsatisfied

Stay elsewhere

Cigarette burns in the cover, what looked like blood stains on one chair, indeterminate stains on the other chair, and mold in the shower.

I have never stayed at anywhere remotely as bad as this place. I took photos of the state of the room. I don’t even have words for it. Well, maybe “demolish” might begin to describe what is needed.

Not Staying Here Again

CONS: The hotel was dirty with bugs everywhere, the smoke detector was gone with exposed wires, pillows without pillow cases, burn holes in blankets, towel rack was broken, curtain rod was broken, plastic cups by sink were not wrapped, water made me sick to drink, mini fridge had a terrible smell in it, and the front desk person was barefoot If you respect yourself spend the little extra and stay at the Best Western in Brewton instead.

Although the staff was professional, the name of the hotel on the marquee changed and caused confusion in finding it. Lobby restroom had no paper towels and none available by staff. Asked for $100 deposit which was a surprise to me. Room was in middle of refurbishment. Never stay here. If staying in Brewton, wait for the new Best Western to open.

Absoletly horrible

They put us in the first room and it had no towels or even a shower curtain in bathroom. Went to office to change rooms and second room still had food in fridge. Bugs on walls and it was dirty. Went back third time and manager wasnt very helpful so we just left and found another hotel to stay in.

This motel will charge your card an extra $150 that takes up to two business days to be returned. There is no prior warning of this until you check in. The motel is in disrepair and the television as well as the phone in my room did not work at all.

Easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. It was last minute but ridiculous to spend $140 on a filthy "suite" with cigarette holes in the comforters, stains on sheets, mirror busted and weird random storage closet with ulocked door. Thankful we got in late and left early so my kids could bathe. Also found a hook on my trailer hitch as of someone tried stealing my truck. Will never return
