“Everything clean and well maintained. We had a partial beach view - nothing special - but the breakfast area has a massive beach view and is lovely. No coffee in our room or available before 7am which was a BIG problem for me.”

“The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down……

“Everything was great, the only thing I could say that needs looking at is the balcony doors are really hard to open and make a loud noise when you slid them open. You can hear the guests on both sides of you opening their doors. And the smoking area only had four chairs and two of them were broke.”

“Room very clean. Tammy was helpful staff member. Good breakfast buffet. I thought this hotel was on the beach but it's not really. It's across the street from the beach. I paid extra for an ocean view (as opposed to a partial view). I did get part of an ocean view though. When I opened my door to the small balcony, I was looking forward to hearing the waves lapping against the shore. What I heard was traffic noise because it opened up to a busy street. On Saturday night, a place right across……

“The view was amazing! We reserved an angle room and upon arrival when I confirmed the view I was told they didn't have "angle view" noted on my reservation. Fortunately, I pulled up my Expedia app and showed the very kind and professional front desk person my confirmation. She was able to give us a beautiful angle view room on the sixth floor. It was GORGEOUS!”

“The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything. Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room. We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.”

“We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes……

“The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty shower, baseboards, sticky floors. Breakfast was in a separate building and not good/fresh/hardly any options. Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Will not be back.”
