Location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice other than it looked like it had been through some rough spring breaks. Both elevator carts were expired by two months and one quit working. They were very slow. The bed was not comfortable and we left a day early due to this.

Unbearable Odor/ DO NOT check-in before they show you the room!—Refunds HARD to come by/ A/C not turned on recently/ TwinXL beds marketed as Queen Size on Expedia’s & Choice Hotels’ websites/ sand on floor/ humid, intolerable odor that could not be masked with aerosol deodorant/neutralizer spray/ not very clean; would not be surprised if there were critters, too/ hotel room was tiny & very overpriced/ air was stale & unbearable; management did not seem surprised by these conditions at all—like this was a normal occurrence/ seemingly unmitigated, repeat health code violations

Our room was very clean with newer updates. The shower did have a leaking door and some water damage to the wall. Beds were really comfortable, but bring your own pillow. The complementary breakfast was one of the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Fresh omelettes every morning. Location was perfect and in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Pool was clean with lots of deck space. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessible from the hotel. Would highly recommended for the location, value for money, and the breakfast!!

We did not have an ocean view, but that was ok because we were only in our room to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the omelets each morning that were cooked to order. The only thing we did not like is that the whole hotel smelled like onions, but perhaps that was the trade-off for ready to order omelets?

There were several areas that needed improvement, such as finishing on cabinets, shower drains, and just overall updates. However, my family loved our balcony view and access to the beach. We also thought the breakfast with omelet and waffle stations was amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I have already recommended it to a few people. The rooms need updated. There were minor things like towel holders that was hanging by a screw. The plastic lip on the door for the shower kept falling off. The beds made a lot of noise. It looked like they were starting repairs. The rooms are very small. You do have a small standing balcony. We did not get an ocean view room but had a clear view of the ocean as well as the boulevard. The breakfast was amazing! They have an omelet station every morning. You can put just about anything in them. They have a coffee bar, waffle bar, cereal, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, tea, and so much more. All of it is very good. The huge plus here is that you are right on the beach. You can also walk to so many places, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and so much more. The beach access was so nice. It is clean and not overcrowded. There is a pier down the beach that you walk walk down and fish from. We will be back again.

Had a nice room, beach view. What I loved most was how the management and staff would come together and cook eggs to order for the guests..for free. Some left tips. But it was a nice atmosphere overall.

Breakfast possibilities are OUTSTANDING. Great Value. The staff was responsive to all our needs. The location is the best. Improvements: The walkway to the beach needs repair. A method to discard sand in the "wash area" is needed. Suggest an elevated grate that allows the sand to fall out of the footpath.

Our Gulf facing room was was nice, view was beautiful. Unfortunately our room had a terrible smell - like smoke, even though property was non-smoking. Luckily it was cool out so we slept with the balcony slider door open. Staff was very nice and made to order omelettes every day were a nice touch.
