「I love the hotel on the beach」

「Parking was decent. Great ice cream shop (Del’) right in front. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A/C worked great! Plenty of pillows and nice blankets.」

「Upon arrival, we checked in and was assigned a room on the 7th floor. As we got up there, my room keys would not work. I made “2” round trips to get new keys. Funny, none of them worked. I waited on maintenance and my family stood out in the hallway for over 30 minutes and still not fixed…I had to request another room. Customer service needs some work at this property. To make matters worse, we never had hot water in the shower. Beach access was great and the breakfast area/lobby were clean....

「The Hotel was very clean. We got a room that said gulf view and it was facing the water side by side with the big condos. The Breakfast was great. The setting and beach access is awesome. The only added expense for us was the chair rental from a third party. I will be going back to this location.」

「The only issue I had with the property (and it's a minor one) is that there are only two elevators available, and they are slow.」

「This was our fourth stay at the resort, and it continues to be our preferred choice each year when we attend a conference at the Wharf. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. We were especially pleased to see the addition of complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests this year, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning again next year.」

「I was stuck on the elevator with about 8 others fir about 7 minutes. And then it was out of service the remaining stay. When we checked out, it took several trips up and down stairs with our luggage. My partner is 79 years old and this made it very difficult to enjoy!」

「Room 501 Bathroom sink leaked we constantly had to tell the Workers. They said they fixed it and didn’t. Room vent has mold. A lot of the furniture was in rough condition. The breakfast and pool was decent. You get NO room service so we constantly had to go from the 5th floor down to get towels and toilet paper. I asked the cleaners if they would please take our trash and they said yes and never did. We had to go buy trash bags to be able to put our trash. We paid $2K for a 2 star hotel. It was...
