「This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean.」

Hopefully the parking lot near this building will be available to guests as it is desperately needed in an area like the Southside.」

「This was the perfect place for staying while my mom was in ICU at UAB. I was less than 2 blocks away, and it is a very easy walk. There was a very small glitch at check-in (no fault of the host) that was immediately addressed and resolved.
