「The house was really nice and perfect for our needs. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the deer. The owner was very easy to deal with and gave very good check-in and check-out instructions.」

「The property in the surrounding area of the property was pretty cool. I love the fact that you can walk anywhere in Birmingham and have a good time. This place was perfectly located close to the Coca-Cola amphitheater. Definitely would use landing again」

「Look no further if you are going to Birmingham. What a perfect place to stay. Clean, everything you needed (we cooked a number of dinners there), excellent communication with the owner (very responsive), and close to a grocery store (Publix), restaurants and most importantly, ideal for golfing at Robert Trent (Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge). Three bedrooms, all with excellent bedding (K, Q and 2 twins). We have been coming to Alabama every fall for 7 years to play the various Robert Trent...

Parking and elevator cannot be controlled by the owner but the apartment was clean, roomy, stylish and had everything we needed! 」

「First off, this was my first Vrbo experience. Karin was most helpful and patient with me when I asked numerous questions.The property itself was really nice, clean and conveniently located to everything. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.」

「Very nice, clean home in a very nice area, roomy and bright. Quick & easy communication with host. We came to town to see Phish at Coca-Cola Amphitheater & it was a quick drive to & from there. Close to shopping & restaurants. The only negative, if you want to call it that, was it would be nice to sit out back after dark without security lights coming on but that’s not that serious. We would definitely stay here again! Great stay! 」
