“Great spot. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, breweries, Sloss Furnaces. Close to downtown. Easy host to work with. ”

“The apartment was clean and the building had great amenities. The problem was that the information sent when I checked in was for a totally different building down the street. After trying to access the building I contacted the owner who then told me the information was not updated and we were sent to the correct address. Air conditioner was not working and maintenance man could not fix it. We slept with a fan that was provided. The owner was easy to contact and seemed really nice and helpful……

“Absolutely disgusting. We initially were greeted by a cockroach when opening the front door. Upon entering the property, the musty pet odor was overwhelming. There was pet hair and dirt on the floor. We decided not to stay there due to lack of cleanliness. We contacted VRBO for a refund and sent proof of our complaints in the form of photos, but we were unsuccessful because the owner repeatedly failed to respond. We expected a better process than this from VRBO when a guest has a……

“The location was convenient, the communication from the host was satisfactory, the property was clean and easy to locate. 4/5 stars for the stand-up fan near by the bed not working and the noise outside- although after 9:30pm things seemed to quiet down- mostly music and a crowd of people. Not overbearing but something to be mindful of if you need quiet time during those hours! ”
